Vision On-Line Has Changed to Patient Services

Vision On-Line (My Vision Online), which enables patients to order repeat prescriptions and book appointments on-line, has been upgraded to Patient Services.

This is an updated version of Vision’s on-line services, and has been developed to work with tablets and smartphones as well as PC’s. The facilities available remain the same as with the original Vision On-Line, but the user experience has been significantly improved.

When you access Vision On-Line  from our website you will see a message stating that your practice has been moved from to Click on the link to go to the new Patient Services page, where you will see your existing user id and will be asked to enter your current password. If your user id and password do not meet updated security requirements you will be asked to change them. Once you have done this you will be registered on Patient Services, and can use the system to order your repeat prescriptions and book on-line appointments.

Once you have completed the transfer to Patient Services you can access it either via our website (make sure to use the link at the top of the Vision Online page for users who have already created an account on the Patient Services site) or you can bookmark the Patient Services homepage.

A full guide from Vision on how to migrate your account to Patient Services is available here if required.  If you are still having technical problems with migrating to Patient Services you can contact Vision’s Patient Services support team (click on the link to do this, and use 76226 as the Practice ID). Note that only technical information should be provided to Vision Support; any issues concerning your prescriptions, appointments or medical circumstances should be referred to the practice.
